We’re hiring for our own team at Thrive Through HR and we’re looking for a sharp, reliable, detail-loving Executive Assistant HR Manager to join us remotely. This isn’t a filler role. You’ll be handling everything from onboarding and document management to recruitment coordination and first-round CV screening.

That last bit is key. We need someone who knows instantly if a CV will pass an ATS or not. If you’ve never screened a CV without a system doing it for you, this likely isn’t the right fit.

We’re serious about hiring the right person, not just filling a seat. Which means we don’t want to waste your time or ours.

So here are two things you absolutely need to know:

Rule 1. Your CV must be ATS readable
No creative designs, text boxes, images, or weird fonts. We use an ATS. If your CV isn’t machine readable, it won’t make it to us. And if you’re applying to help us screen CVs, yours has to be a good one.

 

Rule 2. Your CV needs to show you’ve got experience in admin and HR
We’re not looking for vague bullets like “supported HR tasks.” We want to know what you actually did. What kind of admin systems did you run? Who did you support? Have you ever recruited for roles like Executive Assistant or Human Resources Manager without using an ATS because you were the one reviewing the CVs?

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and actually knows what they’re doing when it comes to admin and HR, especially recruitment. You’ll help us keep everything running behind the scenes: contracts, emails, onboarding, checklists. But the key part?


You’ll be the first filter for all incoming CVs.

So if you can’t look at a CV and immediately tell whether it’s ATS readable or heading straight to the rejection pile, this isn’t the role for you. We need someone who gets it. No Googling what is ATS after clicking apply.

What you’ll be doing
• keeping our admin game strong: emails, templates, digital folders, data entry, documents
• supporting onboarding and offboarding like a pro: equipment, accounts, paperwork, tracking leave
• screening CVs for roles and knowing instantly what’s missing
• coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and helping our hiring process stay sharp
• keeping ClickUp up to date and ticking along nicely

 

You are perfect for this if
• you know what an ATS is and can spot an unreadable CV from a mile away
• you’ve worked in HR or admin and know the drill
• you’re confident using ClickUp or can pick it up fast
• you care about small details and don’t let things fall through the cracks
• you’re direct, honest, and don’t need constant reminders

 

Bonus if you
• have used an HRIS or ATS platform before

• ClickUp experience or similar

Salary: AED 15,000 per month​

Hybrid work setup: 3 days from home, 2 from the office (unless there’s an event week)

Vacation: 25 working days of annual leave, with a possibility to extend to 30

Additional leave:

  • 3 days of wedding leave

  • 3 days of wellness leave (on top of your vacation days)

  • 2 months of maternity leave at 70% pay

  • Paternity leave provided

Learning & development: AED 5,000 yearly learning budget

Laptop of your choice: Apple or Windows up to AED 4,500 (yours to keep after 4 years)

Work phone: Provided and fully paid for

Annual air tickets: Paid for your entire family, up to AED 20,000 total
