Some people come because they want to grow at work but feel stuck. We can look at performance reviews, how to prepare for them, and how to show your progress in a simple way. AI interviews are becoming normal, and most people are confused or nervous. I explain how AI tools changed hiring, what they scan for, and how you can prepare without losing your personality. I show you examples of what works, how to answer in a structured way, and what AI is trained to pick up during an interview. After this, you know what to say, how to behave, and how to avoid common mistakes that make candidates disappear in the screening stage.
