There are way too many sites to check each day or week to apply for jobs. But what if I told you that you can actually use AI to find those jobs and all you have to do it copy and past the below written prompt?

I went through the same dilemma, I went through LinkedIn, then through Indeed, Naukrigulf,
and then through so many recruitment agencies and I was E X H A U S T E D!
But the WORST part is that for a company to use and post job ads on LinkedIn they have to pay thousands of dollars so not all jobs are posted there.
But then I remembered, if I am looking for analysis of other things with deep research maybe it could also help me with job finding, so I started creating a prompt that I could use for the job search and it was muuuuuch easier because seeing all of those jobs out there is just too much!
So I shared this process with my friends and it helped them, so why not share it with you as well :)
All you need it follow the below steps...
Enjoy!

Step 1:
Create a list of top 100 companies in Dubai (you can expand this list but don´t tell it to give you too many at once, rather use Step 2 and add more companies). Save the list of companies given.
Step 2:
You are my expert job research assistant. Your task is to conduct deep research and find all active job ads posted between 1 November 2025 and 30 November 2025 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, that match my experience and strengths based on my CV (attached below) from the list of companies you gave me. Let´s start with the first 20 companies on the list
Target job title: HR lead
When searching, include all closely related or synonymous titles (for example, if the user enters “Head of HR,” also search for "Senior HR manager",“HR Business Partner,” “People and Culture Lead,” “People Operations Manager,” or other equivalent leadership roles).
Industries: All (My recommendation is to add industries where you have experience from those are your best bet)
Work setup: On-site, hybrid, or remote
Only include roles that were posted between 1 November 2025 and 30 November 2025 and are still active or open. Avoid duplicates across different sites and exclude irrelevant or expired listings.
Present the findings in a table with:
Job title
Company name
Source (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Link to the posting
Date posted
Key requirements and responsibilities
Why it matches the CV
After the table, include:
A summary of the most common skills or requirements across all ads.
A short analysis of any skill gaps or suggestions to make the CV more competitive for these roles.
CV: paste or upload the CV
