I know what it's like to post a job and get 7,000 applications, and I know how to move fast when the right person shows up. I bring over 12 years of experience across Europe, the US, Latin America, and the Middle East, and I've built HR departments from scratch before, so I know what it takes to make it work.

Cross-Cultural Communication
For teams that work across countries and cultures and keep running into the same misunderstandings. In my experience, most communication problems in international teams come from not understanding how different cultures think and speak. I've worked with people from over 30 countries, and this workshop is built from everything I've learned along the way.
Emotional Intelligence
For teams and leaders who want to understand how they show up, how they react, and how they communicate, especially under pressure. I've been practicing emotional intelligence for over 10 years, I am also I'm Daniel Goleman certified.
