For Individuals
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Hey hey,
If you ended up here means that you are an individual or maybe a group of sudents who is looking into new things to learn. What might that be? Who knows, but I hope I can help you find the answer(s).
As you know so far, my name is Darija and I am a Creer Coach.
I worked in HR directly and indirectly since I was 21. As a students I was hiring and onboaridng new employees at different companies but later on I found my way to the HR.
I worked as s HR Business Partner in Germany and then I moved to Dubai where I worked as a Head of HR.
What does HR and career coaching have in common? Everything.
ok, let´s dig a bit deeper... I hired / helped hire more than 200 employees in my career. I have done over 700 interviews, and reviews over 5000 CVs. I employed people from Europe (Slovenia, the UK, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands, Bulgaria,...) the US, LatAm and Dubai. Each job market is a bit different but the hardes is UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi). To give you an example... I received between 2000 - 4000 CVs for one position. However the biggest number I saw was 7000+ CVs for one positon.
Over the 12+ years of my career I learned how to identify amazing talent, how to sell your skills, how to help people get job all around the world.
Career coaching is so many things... It is not just about finding a job and it is definitely not about motivational quotes or telling you to “just believe in yourself”.
Career coaching is about clarity. It is about understanding who you are, what you are good at, and how to translate that into real opportunities. Jobs, career changes, promotions, relocations, or simply feeling less lost.
As a career coach, I help you make sense of your experience. Many people come to me saying, “I have done many things, but I do not know how to explain them.” That is normal. We unpack your story together and turn it into something clear, structured, and honest.
Career coaching is also very practical.
We work on CVs, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation, and job search strategy. But not in a generic way, I do it based on how hiring actually works behind the scenes, what recruiters notice, what hiring managers care about, what gets ignored and what makes someone stand out in a pile of 2000 CVs.
It is also about decision making.
Should you change careers or stay where you are and grow? Should you move countries or first build experience? Should you accept an offer or wait? There is rarely one “right” answer, but there is usually a clearer one once you ask the right questions.
For students and early career professionals, career coaching helps you avoid years of guessing. Instead of trying everything randomly, you learn how to make intentional choices early on.
For experienced professionals, it is often about unlearning. Letting go of paths that no longer fit and building the courage to choose differently.
And sometimes... career coaching is simply a safe space.
A space where you can say, “I am tired”, “I am bored”, “I feel behind”, or “I want more but I do not know what that is”. Without being judged. Without being pushed.
My role is not to tell you who to be.
My role is to help you see yourself clearly, understand the market realistically, and then bridge the gap between the two.
That is career coaching, the way I practice it.
